    I don't know if I'd call it "self entitled" when there was a level of expectation that the bootlegs were included in the price of the CD. If you bought Backspacer from a store, you got to download two shows. For the people who bought it via the 10C, they were told that something would be worked out for them so they could also download the shows. So far, that hasn't happened. Asking why that hasn't happened isn't being a "whiny self entitled brat" - it's called being a consumer who wants to know why the item they were promised hasn't materialized yet. Essentially, people who bought Backspacer through 10C have been penalized for doing so - the $20 they paid to join the club has resulted in them receiving LESS than someone who bought the CD at Target.
    And I listen for the voice inside my head... nothing. I'll do this one myself.
