Other than "Brick in the Wall", what PF songs has PJ covered?

Would love to hear them play "Mother"

    They covered Interstellar Overdrive.

However, I TOTALLY take credit for them playing that. Back in the late 90's during the sony website "synergy" days the band asked for people to give them a list of songs they'd like to hear. At the top of the list were songs like Corduroy with like 100 votes and so on. All the way at the bottom were a few stragglers with 1 votes.

My request was for Nile Song by Pink Floyd. They didn't play it, but soon after my request they played Interstellar Overdrive from the same damn album. Too much for coincidence, me thinks.

    :D

Here's "Nile Song". Wouldn't this ROCK?

anything off the wall would be cool...

not just a tag, a full song

actually, let be honest, who wouldn't want to hear PJ cover the wall start to finish. the demand for boots would be thru the roof

I'm not 100% but I think Ed covered a song from Dark Side of the Moon on his solo tour.

The only one that I would really want to hear is run like hell. I don't really see them adding more floyd to their set lists.
Some Zep would be cool too

I dunno, I think it'd be great to have Ed start it and have the rest of the band come in towards the end and Mike could lay some tasty licks over the outro. There's also somethin about the harmony vocal(2 lost souls swimmin... part) for me. If it aint there don't bother.

He's probably thinking of the Floyd compilation album "Relics" that was released in 1971 and contained various singles and albums tracks from the band's first three years. Interstellar Overdrive and Nile Song are both included....as well as a great song called "Biding My Time" that doesn't appear on any other Floyd disc.

Yeah Relics is pretty pointless except for "Biding My Time". Still don't know why that tune never made it on an official album. I think it would have fit well on Atom Heart Mother.
