am i the only person who thinks it is weird that the party who doesn't want the government in health care is the same party who doesn't want abortions to be legal.

also, to say that no tea party person said those words because there is no proof doesn't mean that it was said but it does mean that the proof is inconclusive. and like in every thing that is inconclusive we have to withhold judgment on both sides. we can't prove it happen and we can't prove it didn't happen.

no you are not the only one. they are against abortion yet pro death penalty. they are all about keeping the government out of your bedroom but are anti gay marriage. they are against government interference in your famiy's health care decisions, yet they got involved in the terri schiavo case to keep a woman in a persistent vegetative state on life support when it had long been established she did not want to live like that. and they are pro war yet against health care for all americans...to me there are too many contradictions for them to try to reconcile, which makes them full of shit in my eyes...

i think the legendary george carlin said it best when he said "doesn't it strike you as mildly ironic that most of the people who are against abortion are people you would not want to (have sex with) in the first place?"

Which group on the left has spat on Congressional Representatives, called them racial or homophobic epithets, or called for the their assassination and of their families?

I am seriously sick of people making false equivalences between the left and the right as if they're guilty of the same exact thing.

Oh we care about them before they're born. That's why we support universal, single payer health care so mothers and their kids can get the prenatal care they deserve.
But of course, you guys don't care about the mother. Heaven forbid women should actually be allowed a say on what should be done with their bodies.

an unborn child can not survive on its own outside of the womb, it is completely dependent on the mother and if something happens to the mother the fetus may die, thus the need for prenatal care. society and medicine under the hippocratic oath has no duty to act to preserve that the fetus is carried to term like they would for a wounded civillian adult in a war zone.

can you defend the GOP position on those issues in my post? can you explain to me how they can be for one thing and against another? the hypocracy in their party's positions makes my head spin...

yes, we teabaggers come in peace, we want accountability in government, no entitlement programs even though we are unemployed and live off of them, NO HEALTH CARE OTHER THAN OUR MEDICARE AND MEDICAID, and a white man in the white house...

Don't be so naive into believing what you WANT to believe. It's pretty clear he was hollering and spit probably flew out of his mouth while he was doing so.

All this really shows is how you guys spin everything out of context.

so you have never accidentally spit before while you were talking? if this guy was spitting on purpose i'd have your back while you were knocking him out. but i don't think it was something done on purpose.

At what pont does someone spit? I didn’t see it and I watched it twice....I’m not saying it did not happen .......I have my doubts because I know the left is just waiting for some fringe from the Tea Party to screw up because all they have is BS stories so far......you know you’re all like vultures just waiting....Now if this is true why was the person not arrested?

I think he just spit a little bit while he was yelling and then the congressman made it look like he hawked a wad of chew on his face. acted a little over-dramatic, but what else do you expect. I wouldn't waste my time trying to convince anybody on here otherwise.

sure i have sprayed someone in casual conversation before, but i can guarantee you that in all of my 34 years i have never once gotten up in anyone's face and screamed like that guy did. i have never done that to anyone, and anyone that has ever done that to me has gotten popped in the teeth...
