I was thinking of doing the same thing. I might be interested in the group thing.

So is there an organized time and place that might be good to try and meet up at before the game? I haven't bought tickets yet since I'd like to try and sit with a bunch of other PJ fans. Needs to be cheap seats though, I'm unemployed now so I have to stretch my $ as much as I can.

So is anyone trying to meet up before Indians vs. Tigers game to sit together?

I'd really like to see this and since I'm rolling solo until I meet my ticket buddy later so sitting with some other fans would be good.

Can someone from Cleveland step up to the plate for this? (pun intended).

As in, pick a gate or entrance, a time, etc?

I've never even been to Cleveland before so I'm not the one who's able to do it.

For anyone that is interested in meeting up before the Tigers Vs. Indians Game at 1:05 on Sunday before the concert we have a plan.

We will be meeting at Gateway Plaza. Its the area between the Q and Jacobs Field, with these 2 towers and grass. seen here:

Get there by Noon if possible and by 12:30 whoever has gathered will go over to the box office to buy tickets. Right now we are thinking Bleacher seats, which are $18 a ticket.

I will be wearing an obnoxiously bright yellow "PLAY ALPINE VALLEY" t-shirt which should be hard to miss. Please post if you would like to join us. I will update this list accordingly.

I've been too 100 ball games in my life (mainly White Sox, some Cubs and a Giants game) and I caught my first foul balls at this 5/9/10 game in Cleveland off the of ageless Mark Grudzielanek.

It was hit straight back off of some dude's shin and I snatched it mid-air. I offered him the ball but he refused.

    Nice!!

I ended up hitting this game, too. All I got was a new pair of slippers (there's one on the table).

They wouldn't give us the slippers 'cause I'm not a kid or a mom... :) Could've used those things for my hands 'cause it was cold as all hell out there.

Yup, it was cold as hell but I'm glad I went. Nice to meet up with a few of you too. Too bad the damn Tigers didn't win though. :x
