Does anyone know if there are first come, first serve bleacher seats there? If there are, it would be awesome if we can try to coordinate meeting up there and sitting in those in a group.

both teams are horrible...might be fun if verlander was pitching or if the 2010 central champs white sox were playing.

according to their website the bleacher seating isn't first come/first served. You have assigned seats. bummer.

If we could figure out a way to do it, we could get a group discount (50% off for groups of 25 or more), but someone would have to pay up front in a lump sum. That would be a hassle for whomever would be forking out because I'm sure someone is going to get flaked upon and stuck paying for tickets that no one uses.

Just make everyone pay via PayPal first... a pain, yes, but the only good way to do it.

I'm going to see if I can get a flight that gets in early enough - might as well catch a game if I can!

Ok, if you'd be interested in doing a group thing and reimbursing me via paypal upfront, let me know by adding your name here. If we get enough people within the next couple of days, I'll do it. I have no idea how to set up the paypal reimbursement, even though I have a paypal account. I can work on that tomorrow though if we see enough interest.

According to the website, bleacher seating with a 50% discount for 25 people minimum, will cost $9 each.

I plan on going to the game. I think you can figure out who I will be rooting for.

As I mentioned in at least one other post, before the 2006 show, I am pretty sure Mike went to the Indians/Pirates game, so keep your eyes open as you walk around the stadium, and you might just see one of the guys. Also, since PJ have the night off before, if there is a CAVS playoff game, don't be surprised if some of the guys are there as well.

I would love to go to the game... we will see. Still figuring out logistics.

I'm going to see the Tigers the day after opening day. No one is ever there and I get great seats.
I hate going on opening day...its just too much of...everything!

I am going to figure out if I'm going day of game. If the weather is nice, I think I'll have to go. I was told Jacobs Field is a great place to see a game.
