Last time shit hit the fan this bad was back in 2005 around the Borgata and Wachovia Center shows. That caused them to offer us something Big, Bold and Free as a token of their appreciation ad we all know how that turned out. I wouldn't hold your breath anticipating any changes or compasison.

I understand if people are frustrated, but do you really believe venting on a Forum is the voice that will help fix the system? Most of the complaining that I'm reading is bitching, not passing helpful notes to fix the situation.

It's not like you can't get tickets thru the public sale. Relax, save that energy for something important.

I dont ever post, I just read the forums but felt the need to step out and say that it really is beyond fustrating to sit infront of my screen and hit refresh god knows how many times over the course of 7 hours or so today. Its just unfortunate that a band of this magnitude w the worlds greatest fan club can be this woefully run when it comes to pre sales. In this day and age of technology, there just has to be a better way.

My 2 cents.....sorry for continuing in the complaints.

I didn't try today to get tickets, but, I did get MSG tickets back in '08 and I remember it being similar. Was today really that different than past tours?

Also, is it just me, or if they actually did a real tour of the US we wouldn't have this problem? Or.....at least, the high demand shows would have a little less demand. Right?

Oh, and I agree wholeheartedly. I was trying for 7 fckin' hours. SEVEN!!! As someone also alluded to earlier, despite me dying to go those shoes, I was actually ROOTING for it to say "sold out" just to put me out my misery.

yea I was thinking the exact same thing, Id much rather just to be have seen SOLD OUT after 1 hour rather then do what I did for 7 lol....it really became so bad I started to laugh a little bit

It's not about the tkts , its about the process, I spent 4 hours refreshing today, obviously my choice to keep on refreshing, I just wish the system was capable of taking the traffic and everyone got in bought tkts or got shut out in a matter of minutes as oppose to spending half an afternoon refreshing and cursing the computer out.
Some of my friends got tkts after almost 2 hours of trying, I in turn got nothing, but whether we got or not tkts today most of us are drained from the stressful process to get/ or not get the tkts.

I know, me too! I would much rather be sold out in 2 minutes and get my time back, I guess I'm just referring to the extreme negativity of some of the threads.

Well that I can agree with, I wouldnt go as far as saying that I get nothing for a membership and that Ima cancel it right away, I mean there are not enough tkts for everyone, mind you this is the first I get shut out of 10C tkts and Im a big girl I can deal with it, I was a little sad because Im taking my son to his first Pearl jam show and I was trying to avoid nosebleeds but Im sure he'll have the best time anyway, but I have never gone through a 4 hour ordeal like the one I went through today, I started questioning my sanity after the 3rd hour of refreshing!

If you're not happy with it, stop paying your $20. Persistence almost always pays off with 10c tickets. And besides, you whiners (yes, whiners) are making it sound like just because you got shut out of the ten club presale, you are destined to sit on the sidewalk outside msg. These 2 shows are gonna be my 46th and 47th PJ shows. Know how many presales I got shut out of? Not many, but a few. Know how many shows I've had 10 club tickets for? Every single one of them. And a few of them I've even been able to scrape up a few 10c seats for friends. The ten club never claimed the presales would be easy, but there arnt too many other bands that even give their fanclubs the opportunities that Pearl Jam does. And I, for one, am thankful for it!

Sorry for all you that failed today as i did to score tics. I blame myself for trying at work instead of staying home and taking care of the #1 priority of the summer! But i tried at work and the cellphone took a nasty impact with the cement floor from across the room once the screen read out of stock. I refreshed and again,....but came up short! More likely missing first show in Boston area since '98! Try for Hartford CT tommorow! Good Luck! Always Ticketmaster! Worse case find a scalper, not over yet!
