I would think you have to do more than just predict the sku to somehow get them earlier. I remember when that happened last year, and it seemed like there was more to it than that... I could be wrong though. However, this buyer did not get them before the sale time. If they don't want people skipping steps then make teh damn sku number random. I mean I know it's a novel idea, but it seems like it would work. I also don't see how skipping a step would bottleneck the system. It's still the same amount of traffice hitting the system all at once.

It's more traffic if the face page is sending people back to the goods main page and they have to click through to tickets or cart again. :-)
