It was there by 3:06 and I got a buy button but now I can't get a connection to see if they're in my cart. With the 10-minute time limit I could see a lot of people in this situation and it will take way longer to sell out. This is so unpleasant, why do we all do it? :-) I would pay way more to get in a regular lottery instead of wasting time on this. Hey wait Phish has one of those, maybe I'll spend my ticket savings account on Phish instead of Pearl Jam.
this is ridiclous it shows up late..then i hit add to cart and get a time out page..i check to see if there in my cart nothing is there by the time i can load the page again its temp out
first time doing this as a new Ten Club fan and i am incredibly unimpressed. a band like Pearl Jam can't upgrade their website to sell tickets??? that's pretty weak.
this is rough i dont even know if i have tickets! it times out on every single step... i entered in my CC info... but it timed out.
So i might have tickets I might not, but i'm still trying to purchase more in case i timed out and it dumped my cart. I dont know if this system is that great. Only 10 minutes in your cart is a small amount of time to fight through all the time outs and who knows if it worked...
Jones Beach II (2000), Holmdel (2003), Camden I, East Rutherford II, Gorge I, Gorge II (2006), MSG I, Boston II (2008), Spectrum II, Spectrum III, Spectrum IV (2009), MSG I, MSG II (2010), Prague (2012), Philly I (2013), Philly I, Philly II, Fenway I (2016), Fenway I (2018), MSG (2022), MSG I, Fenway 1 (2024)
Oh crap they seem to be in my cart because I finally got the option to choose my billing and shipping addresses, but it's been over 15 minutes since I clicked buy and I just can't get a connection again. The Mega Millions has better odds than this.
What are we paying $20 a year for? I have been member for over 10 years. Ticket forms would come in the mail and we got some great seats. It didn't matter how LUCKY you are to get through. Where is the loyalty for their fans? Pearl Jam, you tried so hard for so many years to not be sells outs, well, you failed. I am a very unhappy fan and after over 10 years of worshiping you, I once again can't see you perform. Thanks! You guys just saved me 20 bucks a year! No more membership for me.
does ten club honestly think that i pay $20 per year for a holiday single that arrives in the spring and a magazine publication? do they think that i want to pay $20 for a six-digit number that has no meaning? do they think that i pay $20 per year to get shut out of tickets so i can just buy tickets from ticketmaster and sit in the nosebleeds?
honestly ten club. shape up.
thanks.
Beavis: All my friends are brown and red? What does that mean?
Butthead: It means that his friends are like turds and that they like suck.
Beavis: Heh heh. Oh yeah. Yeah! Get those spoons out of my face before I shove them up your butt!
Butthead: Huh huh.
If you can spare the time, don't give up. I'm still trying to buy the ones in my cart but they might time out and someone else can steal em from me. 10C presales remind me of that story about Joe Biden's father at the union Christmas party where the steel mill owner threw coins on the floor to watch the desperate people fight over them. Hang onto your dignity, and if you get too downtrodden, take your money to a band that loves you like Wilco or Phish.
I feel kinda guilty clogging up the site hitting refresh a million times but i have no idea if my order went through or not. I know they were in my cart. Now my cart is empty. Did I make the order? Or did my 10 minutes expire. How can one know?

this was pretty brutal ... this is how it played out for me - the entire time only seeing links on a white screen:
16 refreshes: finally see NY tix
30 refreshes: add to cart
35 refreshes: checkout (just praying that the add to cart one worked - really just rolled the dice here)
20 refreshes: step 1/3 of billing
3 refreshes: step 2/3 (i have tix in my cart miraculously)
1 refresh: credit card
8 refreshes: tickets bought
entire length of time 29 minutes
i would say the prepaid (this gives you a chance to get tickets) option would probably be the best way to approach this ... at least if you don't get tickets you didn't go thru this agonizing process ... and everyone theoretically would have an equal shot ...
good luck everyone in 2.5 hrs and to those who are still refreshing away
Just got bumped back from step 2 to step 1 of checkout but at least they might still be in my cart. Although it would be funnier if they let me check out to buy $0 worth of tickets. Wish I were free for a different show but MSG are the only days I can swing, I'm planning to be in California the entire rest of the tour.

I shouldn't have bothered. I've been shut out every time I've ever tried for the high demand shows.
