BUY = You Ripped My Face Off page

I'm trying to buy these on my friend's account since he's traveling today. I've gotten the Buy button like 8 times, but each time, I apparently ripped it's face off. I'm using chrome for this.

...am I missing something, or is this normal?

    check your cart homie. other people have had this problem and the tix were in their cart the whole time

    The refresh button at that stage is your friend! I got the same thing then just refreshed several thousand times and before i knew it.......i was checking out! :wave:

    just hit back on your browser and hit the buy button again...after about 10 goes of that I had tickets in my cart

    howdy - and I've gone back and refreshed to try to get another Buy button... when I do, I rip it's face off yet again. Refreshed at least 200+ times. Also tried to refresh Ripped Face page, but that seems futile, since it's an error page. hmmm....

    i used firefox and chrome yesterday . when buying tickets .

    and chrome was killing it . and firefox keep fucking dieing . :lol::lol:

    When using chrome before, I logged myself out and friend it. Saw his name. Clicked Buy - got to Tickets page with quantity, but somehow it logged him out, and me back in.... and when I tried to log out, showed his name again. strange.


    Using F5....

    and when I click checkout I see "You cannot checkout with an empty cart"


    ...Luckily this is for a friend, so I'm not the one who's gonna miss the show, but now I'm wondering if I should learn from this for the NY presale...

    Chrome automatically reloads with Back. I think Firefox may be better. I'd better log out of forum to try that.

    Its all a big mess. Tickets were in my cart and when i went to checkout, they were missing and I ripped the face off! :o I refreshed that page anyway and got a ticket page with just font and no pictures. FINALLY everything went thru. I did however, take a split second to take a deep breath and remain calm! :lol:

    I had the 'BUY' button about 20 times, yet, every time I clicked I got the 'ripped face' page, and then couldn't add tickets to cart as they are temporarily sold out; nothing in cart/checkout...

    So how can you get beyond this problem when you have the buy button?

    Tonight is going to be frustrating.

    Hartford? who knows?

    i bet hartfford will be hell also ...ITS ON A WEEKEND .... plus who ever gets effed for MSG they will most likely go to the Hartford show ........................................................like myself

    Best advice for this is to simply refresh. Don't hit back. Don't close out the browser. Don't open a new tab. Dom't open a different browser. Every single time I clicked a link, i got the firefox "page is taking too long" page. I just hit refresh and waited it out until I either got to the next page, or another unavailable page. Eventually, it got me to the end and I have tickets. Don't panic. Now..this was after I knew I had chosen buy on the tix page, so I knew that I was in some sort of sequence, but still...I suspect Refresh will be your friend.
