This is frustrating as hell. Been tying to pay for my purchase for 15 minutes now, and assuming that I'm assed out and have to start from scratch. Fuck :(

Then again, I scored the first show, so I guess I should just shut the hell up :ugeek:

i got all the way to step 3 in the checkout, even entered my CC info... then it shut down.
must have been doing this for past 40mins... this sucks. i know it'll be a great show!

Unfortunately, my Membership# is pretty high... I'm in it for the lottery for the front rows. You're probably better off with TM on the public sale, 'cuz I'm most likely in the rafters at the back of The Garden.

in for both nights wahoo!!!!! hang in there if the tics are in your cart just keep hitting refresh until they thank you it seems the tics stay there while you try to pay good luck now if they only would add 2 philly shows

Have to say this is my worst ticket experience since I've been a member. I really think they need to seriously look at this process and consider doing an overhaul. I've wasted 4 hours and didn't score any tickets. :problem:

Anyone receive email confirms of tix purchase?

For both nyc shows the screen timed out after I submitted my cc info, but the PJ site has receipts of my orders and my bank account was charged. I assume I am golden, but not 100% certain.

And yes, that was torture....need a drink now. Still love the fan club though

I am completely bummed. Couldn't get through for MSG dates! Both times! I wanted to surprise by best friend before he had twins with tickets. Anybody out there have any extras?

After two hours I am throwing in the towel! 25 times I reached the buy screen with no luck past the mocking image without a face... :twisted: So depressing...:( I wish it would just say sold out so I could let it go....
I guess I will have to sadly resort to ticket master...
