Dublin 2010 suggested List...save you the hassle Ed

At the Perth concert I was joking with my partner that if they announced a European tour we would head over and try to catch as many concerts as possible. Well shortly thereafter out came the news and the whole trip has been put together. Unfortunately we booked all our hotels prior to the 10C offers, but are still going to enjoy the trip of a lifetime anway. I got to thinking about my dream setlist, and have gone through numerous shows and have come up with this which would give us all a major case of goosebumps in Dublin.

    On one hand this is a very reasonable setlist to the ask for. On the other hand there are no real surprises... plus its only 23 songs. So make the other 5 songs more shockers and that could work. :)

    Been to this many PJ shows: Reading 2006 London 2007 Manchester & London 2009 Dublin, Belfast, London, Nijmegen & Berlin 2010 Manchester 1 & Manchester 2 2012...

    Id say hes right on the song number. Every time PJ play in ireland, we never get the 27/28 strong setlist like most places. Dublin 06 - 23 songs, 00 - 22 songs, 96 - 24 songs, cork 96 22 - songs. We never get a long show. Hope im wrong this time.

    Was the Perth show the only show you've been to? This is a VERY tame setlist ...

    I like this setlist.....it would make for a hell of show, but you do have habit in there twice. How about switching out "habit into Lukin" with "Lukin into Not For You". Comeback and Long Road are two of my favorites, so I am all for this!!!

    Stop being a bitch. There is a difference with being happy with any actual set AND critizing a fantasy/dream setlist on a messageboard.

    They could play EVenflow 25 times in a row and I would be happy, but if I could dream and discuss I would much rather hear Riot Act and Binaural played back-to-back.

    Why shouldn't I? This is a message board for discussions, If the OP starts a thread others are entitled to respond to it? Otherwise, why post a topic?

    And if I find that dream setlist boring, I don't see the problem with expressing my opinions. It has nothing to do with being a crybaby.

    Or are we onlu allowed to write something if we agree about the setlist in question?

    This has nothing to do with "being happy with any SETLIST (in real life)", this is a DISCUSSION BOARD and my opinion was/is that the SETLIST posted is a bit BORING.

    (and also, I don't understand why you shouldn't be allowed to dislike an actual/real setlist either, as this is a MESSAGEBOARD and not a ONE SIDED PRAISING BOARD)
