Unfortunately for those who entered yourselves into my contest by purchasing picks the contest has been canceled. Paypal deemed that this is once again a violation of their user policy and has blocked my account. All entries will be refunded and I apologize for any inconvience. That was never my intention.

Cheers,
Matt

P.S. I also attached the email I recieved. Sorry once again.

I am thinking about holding a fund raising raffle to help offset the cost of a couple of genetics appoinments that my son whos has been diagnosed with Marfan's Syndrome needs to have. Marfan Syndrome is a genetic connective tissue disorder that makes certain people continually grow (Abe Lincoln had it)amongst other life threating issues. For example my son who just turned 13 is 6ft 5" and wears size 17 shoes. Dont know if this is allowed on the forum, or even if it would be worth my effort.

Now what I would like to know is if anyone is interested. I have 10+ xmas singles, volcom 7", just breathe 7", the fixer 7", the subway sized print from the 10c imangine in cornice screening contest, and a few other items. I am considering putting this up as winner take all type raffle. Also any advice if someone has done something like this is greatly appreciated, please pm me.

    Thanks and cheers
    Matt

Count me in too, I have kids of my own, one with a serious genetic disorder and I know how it is to have to worry. Whatever it is to help I'll keep tabs on this thread.

I'll donate but I want you to keep my raffle tickets. It really sucks what your going through and it sucks even more that it seems you have to give up a something dear to your heart. Im a father of three and understand I would sell anything I had to help my children so with that said I would feel to guilty to accept if I won. Good luck.

Yes I will accept checks, money orders, or Paypal. checks will have to be here and clear before the end of the raffle. If not, any money sent via postal service or any other means will be returned if received after deadline.

Anyone think this is a good idea...I could list x amount of tickets for sale on Ebay as the product and as a free gift you'll be entered into a contest for my PJ lot?

    cheers
    matt
  • if everyone sends the money to you through Paypal as a gift, it will work perfectly.
