wow...i've clearly not been paying attention.
btw - what happened to the rumored msg dates in mid-late may?
i do believe there was some one....can't remember who.....who suggested their might be some east coast shows, but only a handful, as early as march. but also said it was a no-go for nyc. not trying to add to the rumors as i am totally clueless, haha....but i seem to recall reading that here...somewhere...
it does seem odd they'd come all the way to nyc for one-off show, for a couple of songs on a tv show no less. sure, they could haul and store all their equipment here until jazzfest and then europe....but i'd think at least a couple of shows in the interim.
also, when is soundgarden meant to tour - august?
so maybe a couple spring shows, then europe, then matt goes off with soundgarden, then late september-october a westcoast tour....celebrate the 20th anniversary show....then, who knows where next? asia? south america?

Beale Street Music Festival? They announce the line-up on March 4th at 2:00. They could play April 30th or May 2nd. I missed the rumor but I've been hoping they would play this festival for years.
The floodgates are about to open. Tour dates, Soundgarden reunion, Philly package, holiday single, DEEP mag, Aussie DVD. We are gonna get the works in 2010. As Penny Lane says in Almost Famous, "It's all happening." The cosmic tides have shifted with the SNL announcement and love is about to reign o'er us.

Them Crooked Vultures played on SNL Feb 6th 2010. Their record came out Nov 9th 2009. Though everyone online & at their live show's have already heard them play all their tunes on tour from the record many month's before the in store release of the record.
I'm hoping for some new stuff. 2 Backspacer tracks & one from this rumored EP Mike McCready has been talking about for month's now.
