.....unfortunately, I'm a glass-half-empty kind of guy when it comes to the Giants. They had three chances for series sweeps and didn't pull off any. They could have gone 9-0.

edit: I just realized we missed Jimenez, so maybe 8-1 would have been realistic. That dude throws smoke.

I don't think Bumgarner is coming up any time soon. He's had a loss of velocity and he's not pitching all that great in AAA right now (4.5 ERA, only 6.5 Ks per 9) ... he needs more time to work things out.

Besides, pitching isn't this team's issue ... it's the offense.
