Amazing band...got into them in 1994, through the song "Fadeaway," been a huge fan ever since. Steven Wilson is a living legend. For anyone interested and new to Porcupine Tree, here are some recommended albums:

    'Fear of a Blank Planet'
    'In Absentia'
    'Stupid Dream'
    'Signify'

...and try to find/buy the songs "Stars Die" and "Dislocated Day."

Honest, have a listen to Stevens Wilsons first SOLO (no side project) album Insurgentes - you're gonna love it!

For anyone who's particularly fond of the Fear of a Blank Planet album, do not miss the Anesthetize DVD that came out last month. It's spectacularly shot and has a fantastic setlist.

If you really need a fix you can also download their Atlanta show from that tour, which is available on their website. The profits go to a charity for the medical bills of a friend of the band.
It is time to admit that we used to rock like hurricanes. It is time to run for the hills and go round and round. It is time for us to shout at the devil. We've got the right to choose it, there ain't no way we'll lose it, and we're not gonna take it anymore.

a chance. Great live show. Some of you will be surprised to know that they are going
out on tour with another great fucking band that you should give a listen,
