  • Is anyone from the US in 10C taking the trip to London?
Looks like I'm going alone, but I don't wanna be ALONE at the concert.
I'm still trying to convince my mom to let it be the start of a tour of Europe for a graduation gift!

It's still telling me I'm in a queue. Was trying for theserialthrilla :(
So are we strangers now? Like rock and roll and the radio?
  • Yeah I still had a queue going, but if you go to the seetickets home page then click on the ratm link it says they have all been allocated.

Yeah I saw that. Will leave the queue going on the off chance something happens so serialthrilla can get sorted

You guys are gonna have a blast!

I knew I wouldn't be able to get additional time off in June unless I really pushed it with my boss, as I'm already having three weeks off for PJ and some time off for my birthday, so didn't register. I am regretting not pushing it now!

Well I have no desire to be at the front of a RATM crowd so will be happily chillin somewhere further back with whoever cares to join me

oooOoooo I wonder who the support acts will be.

This could be a weird crowd. I wonder how many prople will be going just because it's a free gig and aren't RATM fans??

Yeah, i'm with you on that. I'd rather be a bit further back, comfortable and with people I know.

I wonder how many people will go because they loved Rage in the 90's but then grew up, had a family, heard about this, got permission from their wives and see it as an excuse to get pissed with their mates with their shirts off, leering at the women and getting rowdy...

I think most people will be fans, it was a bit much effort to go to if you were indifferent. I have some friends who would consider themselves fans, whose excuses for not registering were "I don't have a picture to upload"!!

I know people who just said "oh it slipped my mind"

I do know someone who got a ticket just because they were free and isn't actually that much of a fan.... it's their perogative though :D

Yeah I wasn't sure because the actual campaign and the fb group after had a lot of anti X-factor students etc who didn't necessarily know any RATM. The actual registration wasn't too much trouble but I think today's hassle may have lost a lot of those who were only semi interested in a free gig.

Have seen a few posts elsewhere though of people who have got tickets but don't know if thye will go

    That sucks!

In terms of support acts, I'm just looking at the Rock AM Ring line up (which is a couple of days before and RATM are headlining), I guess this might be an indicator of which bands will be around. Looking at the list the only ones I think might support, would be AIC and Rise Against.

    Would that be me

In my deffence I did hear it would be a whole day event so hope that there might be some good bands there also 8-)
    Astoria 20/04/06, Leeds 25/08/06, Prague 22/09/06, Wembley 18/06/07,
    Dusseldorf 21/06/07, Manchester 17/08/09, London 18/08/09, LA 06/10/09, LA 07/10/09.

Ain't gonna be any middle anymore.

    It might be hunnybunch :D:lol:

I'm not condemning you, if you choose to register and then fight for the tickets, it's your perogative if you go or not! It's your ticket at the end of the day! :D

I didn't fight for a ticket just had the page open in the background letting it refresh itself then when I checked the page had come up for me to enter my details.

I used to really like them then I guess I just got bored of them, don't hate them don't love them.

Jam wanted to go but the fool forgot to register
