I’m singing that when the cat’s away
The mice will play
Political violence fill your city. Yeah!
Don’t involve Rasta in your say say
Rasta don’t work for no C.I.A . Rat race, rat race, rat race, yeah, rat race.
I’m saying when you think it’s peace and safety
A sudden destruction
Collective security for surety. Yeah!
Don’t forget your history. Know your destiny
In the abundance of water the fool is thirsty
Rat race, rat race, rat race, rat race.
Oh it’s a disgrace to see the human race
In a rat race, rat race.
Very deep and hard hitting lyrics from Bob Marley at a time when Jamaica’s political scene was one filled with uncertainty, chaos and blood letting violence.
The United States Central Intelligence Agency,CIA, was rumored to have aligned themselves to one of Jamaica’s political parties in an attempt to cut down what were seen as Communist elements operating within and aspiring to run the country. Marley constantly criticized this involvement and was said to have placed Bob Marley on the CIA black list for his very critical lyrics.
Bob Marley’s use of proverbs and Jamaican folklore is displayed yet again in Rat Race ‘when the cats away the mice will play’, ‘in abundance of water the fool is thirsty’. Here Marley with his ageless wisdom advocates a kind of xenophobia when it comes to foreign interference in domestic affairs that is most times driven by a hidden agenda.
The CIA for years has infiltrated it's power and influence in many less power countries for years and has far more damage to those countries that anything al Queda has done to date.

you are aware that there are other types of terrorism than suicude bombing right? if you did you would not have said what you just said...
Terrorism is the unlawful use of force or violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives.

I am not questioning what terorism is. I am questioning that the American Central Intelligence Agency is the worst terorist organization in the world. That is what you people called it.0

or that they have admitted to performing experiments on unknowing US and Canadian citizens in the past...
also, look at bin laden's timeline, before al qaeda he was in another group who we and other countries supported during the soviet invasion in Afghanistan, his work then was setting up training camps, moving supplies and men in and out....then he split from that group and created al qaeda while receving funding from us and other countries, so in a way we helped fund and create al qaedaPost edited by Pepe Silvia ondon't compete; coexist

WHO is going to police the secret police? and who will police them? It is an endless cycle of us watching them. Ooooh the paranoia!
open up your books, boys. Let's see what you've been planning and who you've been killing.

http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/z?r103:S14JN4-38:"What we now know, and the U.S. Army has confirmed, is that it sprayed zinc cadmium sulfide over Minneapolis in 1953, a chemical which is a potential carcinogen."
"I cannot answer Minnesotans and other citizens when they ask me why this spraying took place. Presumably, it was to determine how chemicals used in biological warfare would penetrate various structures in different neighborhoods. But I can tell you this, whether it be Minneapolis or Rosemount or the Chippewa National Forest, or other communities in other States, the Department of Defense and the Army owe the people full disclosure."
this included spraying clinton elementary school (feel free to do more searches) so they could observe the long term effects
also an official army site on the secret biological experiments...watered down but proves they happened
https://ccc.apgea.army.mil/sarea/produc ... ter_19.htmThe biological warfare research program in the early 1940s and 1950s involved antipersonnel, anticrop, and, for a brief period, antianimal studies.8 Field trials included open-air vulnerability testing, and contamination of public water systems with live organisms such as Serratia marcescens. Covert programs were conducted by the Central Intelligence Agency. Pathogenic organisms were also tested in Florida and the Bahamas in the 1940s. Chemical anticrop studies evaluated defoliation and crop destruction. Explosive munitions tests with pathogens were begun in 1949.
In 1950, the first open-air tests with biological simulants were conducted in various locales, one of which was off the coast of Norfolk, Virginia. This was followed by limited zinc cadmium sulfide dispersal tests in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and St. Louis, Missouri, in 1953; and Bacillus subtilis var niger dispersal in the New York City subway system in 1966.3,4 The Special Operations Division at Camp Detrick conducted much of the research on possible methods of covert attack and sabotage, and many environmental studiesoften without informing local or state governmental agencies or the general population.
The first large-scale aerosol vulnerability test was conducted in the San Francisco Bay area in September 1950, using two species of bacteria (Bacillus globigii and Serratia marcescens) and fluorescent particles. Various Bacillus species were used in many experiments because of their spore-forming capabilities and their similarities to Bacillus anthracis. S marcescens was used because its red pigment made it readily identifiable. What was unexpected was the increased number of cases of Serratia infections over the next few years in communities that had been sprayed earlier with the organisms.4 The military considered the situations coincidental, but many civilian physicians believed them to be directly related. Other limited-scale field tests with pathogenic organisms were conducted at Dugway Proving Ground, Utah. Antianimal studies were conducted at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida.
http://www.nytimes.com/1994/06/11/us/mi ... sec=healthMinneapolis Called Toxic Test Site in '53
Published: June 11, 1994
In a 1953 cold war experiment, the Army sprayed clouds of toxic material over Minneapolis dozens of times and may have caused miscarriages and stillbirths, a public television station here has reported.
The sprayings in Minneapolis and other cities were described then as part of an effort to develop an aerosol screen to protect Americans from fallout in case of an atomic attack, according to the report on Wednesday night by KTCA.
The material sprayed in Minneapolis was zinc cadmium sulfide, a suspected carcinogen, and the Army was actually testing how chemicals would disperse during biological warfare, the station reported.
One of the sites sprayed in Minneapolis was a public elementary school where former students have reported an unusual number of stillbirths and miscarriages, the report said.
Senator Paul Wellstone, a Minnesota Democrat, issued a statement saying the Government "must be held accountable to their citizens for its actions" and promised to assist constituents who might have been injured.
In its report, the station quoted experts as saying zinc cadmium sulfide was toxic and might cause cancer. It said it was sprayed 61 times in four parts of Minneapolis, from generators in the rear of trucks or from rooftops.
One former student of the sprayed school told the station that of her three children, one had Down syndrome, another was profoundly retarded and a third had a learning disability.don't compete; coexist

Let's also mention the CIA's power and influence on the USA's world of Economic Hit Men. Noted from the book Confessions of an Economic Hit Man by John Perkins Most outside of the US know that there's no doubt that the death of Panama's Omar Torrijo at age 52 was just one more in a series of CIA assassinations. This is real and this IS the CIA.

True, that's a very good question how do we bridge that gap? I worked and took care of a man worked in the "State Dept" he says, even at age 82 he was STILL discreet in what he would say. He worked mainly in then USSR central Europe and in conjunction with the CIA. He would only speak in generalizations but he just tell us (his nurses) you would be amazed at the lengths the CIA and the State Dept would do to other governments in the BEST interest of the USA. Then do so under a guise without most of it's citizens ever having a clue what their true goals were.
The interesting thing there many think the CIA isn't capable of doing such terroristic destruction to other countries but we do far more. I honestly don't think we can bridge that gap many of us just follow along like mindless sheep. Yet our government never hesitate to call out other countries and leaders for their improprieties.
