"...a wave came crashing like a fist to the jaw, delivered him wings, hey, look at me now. Arms wide open with the sea as his floor, oh, power oh. He's flying whole..."
Probably my all-time favorite if I needed to choose.

Let me tell you all of the most intense 2 minutes and 48 seconds of my teenage life.
The date was November 22, 1994. 16 years old. I went to go pick up Vitalogy on vinyl. As all of you know this came out a couple of weeks before the CD and I HAD to have it in my hands, no ifs, ands or buts. I didn't have a record player at the time so I took it to my sister's house to record it from vinyl to cassette. I put my brother-in-law's huge stereo headphones on... "Last Exit" came on and this wave of goosebumps started to overwhelm me. Okay, solid opener for an album. Then something happened to me - a feeling that I've only remotely felt once, and that was when the members of Pearl Jam came onto the stage the first time seeing them live in Seattle in December of 1993...This monster of a punk riff came on, and as soon as I heard the first line, "SEE THIS NEEDLE...SEE MY HAND..." I started LITERALLY uncontrollably shaking, just short of convulsing, tears streaming down my face, let me tell you folks-- I was a mother. fucking. WRECK. I grasped my fingers tightly onto the headphones and squeezed with all my might...and murmured the chorus with the singer with the hell-bent voice..."SPIN SPIN...SPIN THE BLACK CIRCLE..." When that bridge kicked in..."YOU'RE SOOOOO WARMMMM....OHHH THE RITUAL, AS I LAY DOWN YOUR CROOKED AAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRMMMMMMMM!!!! I started bawling like a little baby. I didn't seem to notice that my sister came in the room and was obviously concerned that her little brother looked like he needed to be committed. It was from that day forward, my number one ALL-TIME PJ song is and will forever be...Spin The [motherfucking] Black Circle.

A hard question to answer because there are many songs that deserve that place... but right know I would say Breathe, love the lyrics of that one. It makes me feel with courage!
I second the story about buying Vitalogy on vinyl & listening to it right away. My fav is also from that album... Immortality!
