Hallelujah should be retired from active duty - Jeff Buckley set the bar too damn high. Ed and Mike might be able to do a really good job on it, but they wouldn't come close to touching Jeff Buckley's version.

At least they'd crap all over Bon Jovi's version and wash it from my mind though
And I listen for the voice inside my head... nothing. I'll do this one myself.

I should have mentioned this one since this has been on my mind the last week or so...I'd love to see them do "Hear My Train a Comin" by Hendrix. Mike would completely own that song.

Everyone could shine in this song, plus you'd get another Boom vs. McCready/Stone battle like with Crazy Mary.

I think he did a little bit of it on New Years Eve 1992. Then he said something about Ted Nugent after that.

Although eddies voice doesn't really work for any elliott songs, but it'd be interesting to see how hed make it work.

"I'd Love To Change The World" by Ten Years After

Album: A Space In Time Released: 1971

Ed and Mike could rip this up!
Up here so high I start to shake, Up here so high the sky I scrape, I've no fear but for falling down, So look out below I am falling now, Falling down,...not staying down, Could’ve held me up, rather tear me down, Drown in the river

YES! But I'd like to hear a full, original version WMA before this.

And When the Levee Breaks would be my pick :)

  • Allman Bros - Midnight Rider
    Nugents - Stranglehold
  • I'd love to see them do some NIN tunes.
Hurt in Chicago was an awesome surprise!

Maybe "Something I Can Never Have" or "Wish"
Mike playing "Wish" would melt my mind!!!!

Kiss - Deuce or Detroit Rock City would kick ass too!

    Please sing continuation !!
I'd like to hear continuation !!

    I'm curious....songs except rock :!:
  • good choices so far...especially Stranglehold and any Zepp song...and if we're talkin' Zepp...
"10 years gone" would bring down the house.

second to "10 years gone" would be a Beatle's song or medley of "She Came In Through the Bathroom Window" then segway into "Lukin" in place of "Golden Slumbers".
