They put out 4 remixes too. The Saturnz Barz remix is so fantastic.

    What they said ^

What is with all of the featured artists? Maybe on one or two songs, but I want to hear the damn Gorillaz, not other people.

I really like it. I think 2, maybe 3, songs on the regular edition arent that great, but I pretty much love all of it.

I know people want more Damon (i wish people would stop acting like the cartoons are the one making the album), but where were these people for the last blur record or Everyday Robots, or Dr. Dee? Since DD, Gorilliaz has primarily been about the features on Damon's tracks. I don't see this as any different.

I really like it, been listening to it a lot. Yeah there's no Clint Eastwood, but the featured artists are awesome. And since what Demon Days that's been the way they've worked. I want to see em live so bad, but they're in Philly the night before we go on vacation for a week and that isn't gonna happen...

I dislike some of the album because those parts are too rappy, lol. I don't like rap, with VERY few exceptions. That has always been the cause of my love/don't love relationship with Gorillaz, lol. And then there are some songs on HUmanz that are more R&B, which I often can like, but a couple of those are a bit corny IMO. But there are several songs on the album that appeal to me at least somewhat. I really do like "Hallelujah Money" quite a bit. I know some heard the single and hated it immediately, but I think it's really cool and unique, aside from the spoken word part (I don't like spoken word in general). "Charger" is okay too. "Busted and Blue" isn't bad, but a little boring. "Carnival", "Let Me Out", "She's My Collar", and "We Got The Power" are all okay. The rest is kind of meh for me. Not bad, but it isn't stirring my soul or anything to say the least. I guess I give the album 6/10.

As an album it's really good, but as a Gorillaz album it's slightly below average I think.  There are some really great tracks on there.

Can't wait to see them again.

Had Hamilton tickets on the night of their Chicago stop. So it was a hard choice. I made the correct one though.

Saw The Gorillaz show tonight.  Tix said rain or shine.  It wasn't thundering or lightning, just rain.  I pretty much stood out in the line for like an hour and half.  They let people back around 8:30 or so.  Only caught the last song of the opening act.  Gorillaz went on at 9:30 and played until 11.  It was a good show, just the way they handled it was kinda poor.  Also they got back probably like 5 songs or so cause of the delay.

I like Humility. I don't like Lake Zurich at all - it's way too repetitive, there is almost nothing to it, and it really bores the shit out of me. Is Lake Zurich even a single from the album? Or is it just a B-side? I'm really hoping for the latter - it would seem very strange to me if that song is on the album, just because it's such a snooze fest. But either way, these releases seem like a good departure from their last album, which mostly sucked IMO.

    I loved Humanz.

    Ascension
    Saturnz Barz
    Andromeda
    Busted and Blue
    Let Me Out
    Out of Body

all jams. Saturnz Barz is a top 5 Gorillaz tune.
