Went to the Austin show. Robert's voice still sounds great. Good show even though I'm not as familiar with their newer stuff. I wish they would just play instead of walking off stage 4 times for 2 minutes a piece. Is that even enough time to pee?
Anyone need a ticket to the 6/19 MSG show? I can't attend anymore. Ticket is in section 117 row 9. Selling for face $154. Will transfer ticket via TM transfer upon PayPal payment.
Did they have posters? I'm seeing them next Tuesday in Montreal. It's driving me crazy that i couldn't do two shows, but I'm in Montreal for the week and the Formula1 race this weekend, and can't get back to Toronto for the show there. Oh well, can't do them all.

No posters at the show I went to. Quite a few shirts, bucket hats. I picked up the Tour Book/Program. Was only $10.
I went to the show in Chicago tonight. I flew in from CT for a wedding on Saturday and I'm trying to see a concert in every state so I figured I'd check the Cure out on Friday as it was convenient. I gotta say I'm only a "greatest hits" fan of the Cure but I was blown away with their show. I only knew a handful of songs but loved almost all of the songs I didn't know. I scored a GA at the box office which said "dance" on the ticket but it was far from that as the music was darker and heavier than I expected. I planned on leaving early as I went solo but couldn't as every song rocked. Robert Smith kicked ass a frontman though his accent was tough to hear when he spoke. As for the venue, the concourse was rough and reminded of the Wachovia Center as it was tight. Though I was just recently spoiled at Centre Videotron which was light years better. Basically anyone hedging on seeing The Cure, do it as you won't be disappointed. Plus they play almost as long as PJ as it was a 30+ set.
