Who is in charge of the info on the official site?

    Am I mistaken? Those are the correct lyrics, right? I guess I've always thought it was: "I knelt and emptied the mouth of every club around"

    Don't know. In Hiding might be the worst example on there but there are others. I think Sad is way off too. I think they just lifted these lyrics from a fan site or something because those goofy In Hiding lyrics were like that on the TSIS song database too.

    Wherever I got my lyrics from (wasn't Ten Club website) has "club". Obviously it should be "plug". Didn't they print the lyrics in the Yield insert??? (don't have it with me right now)

    I always thought the line in 'Sad' was 'eleven nights he laid in bed...' but on this site and everywhere else i've seen, it doesn't say that. Can't remember what it says but it doesn't make sense, something like 'He let...'

    I'll set the record straight:

    It is indeed, "I stayed where my last cap left me, ignored all my rounds", implying his move from job to job and not really putting in much effort.

    As far as Plug or Club, I interpreted it as club, implying that he tried playing in local clubs and didn't do so well, more often than not facing rejection.

    It's all good, and open to interpretation...

    As far as I can tell, pen is the first verse and being is the second verse, but even when listening to the studio track over and over, it could still go either way.

    If you watch SVT it's pretty clear he's saying "plug" not club, and then "step" not tab or cab. Maybe he will come on here and set it straight himself. Didn't someone a few years ago get into a debate about the lyrics to SOLAT with Eddie on here, but they obviously didn't know it was him at the time??
