Nice win. Hopefully Paulie is OK. Nice to see Beckham get a big hit.
As for Humber...if you're going to throw at someone, make sure you hit the fucking guy!
Agreed! Seems like the last few years when the Sox have intentionally tried to hit someone, they miss?
Anyway, great win, and let's hope for another today.
I am lost, I'm no guide, but I'm by your side

The Sox aren't much better, but man the Cubs are bad. I don't even know who half of the guys on their roster are.
Jerome Walton is gonna be a star.
They are bad. Lehair had a nice fluke run to start the season, now back to reality for him. Soriano looked like a horse that needed to be shot while playing left. park was playing postage stamp size yesterday, and the cubs got 4 singles a late double. they blow. even Dale said as much in his postgame comments

What's your favorite memory of chicago baseball? north or south.
That's easy. October 26, 2005. Technically, the Sox won both games 3 and 4 of the world series that day since game 3 went 14 innings and finished well after midnight. What a party that was...

his favorite moment was Ron Santo jumping, or leaping, or going up...to get a ball in some game he couldn't remember.
not a WS victory, or a perfect game, or a 20K performance or bartman, or a second perfect game, or a punch at home plate.
nope. a jump, or leap or something to catch a ball. i'm sure it was a nice play, but to be the most memorable moment or favorite moment. :fp: :fp: :fp:
speaking of the city...Sox gave all the cops a pair of tickets to an upcoming game for their work this past weekend.

Interesting favorite memory there....I guess there isn't much for Cubs fans to pick from.
I saw that with the cops...very nice gesture. The Sox will do anything to get some people in the stands!

solid seats 20 rows up between the dugouts for 20-25 bucks.
I know...what a fucking joke that is. And then they fly back from Anaheim for a day game on Friday. So brutal.
I hear ya. I have been all over Peavy the past couple years, but he has been flat out awesome this year.
if you mean ERA, yes.
they said he didn't have great control....
catch the ball
Sox move to 7 over 500 vs the cubs in the reg season....and 4-2 in the WS

Twins are pretty brutal...botched double play balls, dropped fly balls last night. It wasn't pretty.

did you see rahm last night talking about his?
No, I missed that part. What did he have to say?
