Don't know about top 25 but my top 5 of this decade are...

    1. Radiohead - Kid A (2000)
    2. Lovage - Music to Make Love to Your old Lady by (2001) *
    3. Wolf Parade - Apologies to the Queen Mary (2005)
    4. Deltron 3030 - Deltron 3030 (2000) *
    5. The Strokes - Is This It (2001)

    * What can I say, I'm a huge fan of Dan the Automator.

P.S. I don't think any of Pearl Jam's 2000-09 releases are worthy of top 25 of this decade.
Sorry but Binaural, Riot Act, S-T and Backspacer aren't that great or would be considered as classics.
Benaroya Hall was the best release but that's a live album. They are the best live band in the world! ;)

It's based all pesonal taste, there is no "right" answer or "most accurate".
