    always, always, always a real tree!
    LOVE going and picking one out, bringing it home, setting it up....each year every tree a wee bit different from it's predecessors....and the SMELL! nothing like walking in the front door and being enveloped in the scent of a real tree! candles are awesome, but there's nothing like a real tree. my entire childhood was filled with fake trees, as was my husband's.....so we have always chosen real for us. :)

    Yup, freshens up the whole house and makes it smell like a forest :) no point gettin a tree if it's fake.

    We won't be getting a real tree this year :( so it's no tree at all (there'll be other decorations). I couldnt' sit here and look at a lump of plastic :shock: I think they're disgusting :oops:

    Fake. Mostly because I'm allergic to real ones - don't want to be sneezing down the house all holidays! Also because real ones tend to wilt in the summer xmas down this part of the world.

    When do you put up your tree? We traditionally put it up on 1 December and take it down 31 December.

    See, for some reason i've never had this problem, but I think before i had my very own apartment I always lived with people with sufficient vacuums. Last christmas all the way until NOW i'm still finding pine needles. Either my vacuum sucks ass or I suck at cleaning. Either way I think this year it's all about the FAKE TREE!!!!!!!!!!!
