what are the odds of more dates being announced?

Their website says 6 shows announced so far so I'm thinking there is more to come. I'm hoping for more dates with the Silversun Pickups to open. Should be a pretty great show.

what are the odds of more dates being announced?

There's almost a month in between the last two dates and only 5 shows in the East, I'd say it's highly likely.

They are confirmed for Coachella (last week of April), so that means they'll be in the States at least until then.

I see them filling in the set of dates with shows in Chicago, Pittsburgh/Philly, Texas, and then probably Seattle or Vegas or something. With headlining Coachella, not sure what they're allowed to play in CA, but I can't see them coming to the states for only 6 shows + a festival, especially neglecting 2 HUGE markets (Philly and Chicago).

Boston and New York sold out in minutes. Their popularity overseas, along with KOL and the Killers, has definitely caught up in the US. Going from 5000-6000 capacity to 20,0000....impressive.

Going to the MSG show & can't wait!!!

Equally as excited to see Silversun Pickups though-- absolutely love them, and heard they kill live!!

I listen to Muse casually and like them, but I'd definitely like to get into them more before the show. Any suggestions on where to begin?

Start with their first album, and work your way up their catalogue, it's not as if they have +15 albums out. Seen Muse twice now, and they're great, so have a good time!

Yes, it was truly spectacular. Those guys can really put together a show!

So... what was up with SSPU starting BEFORE 7:00??? I've never heard of a rock concert starting that early.

Can you clarify? I've got tickets for MSG on Friday which say 8:00PM start. I'm going specifically for the Pickups (with Muse as the bonus, so don't flame please) and would be pissed if I missed anything. Thanks!

We saw various start times of 7, 7:30 & 8. Well, yeah, it was 7 - more like 6:55. Seriously. We were drinking beer & eating cheesesteaks in the concourse and someone came back and said the SSPU's are playing now! I think we missed the first 2 or 3 songs - I'm so pissed. So anyway - get there early! And make sure you stay for Muse. ;) I wouldn't want you to miss it. Don't worry, I'm not gonna flame. Have fun!
