Going to the game tonight - box seats for a particular local health insurance company. Pure hypocrisy JP!
Cool man, have fun! Hopefully they beat the lakers bad.

My son had a great time at the Lakers game Friday. He was getting glazy eyed and we left with 30 seconds left and a clearly insurmountable 9 point lead...
Easy exit onto I-95S and I heard the unfathomable collapse on the radio - not just blowing a 9-point lead in 30 seconds but the Lakers bailed us out missing 2 FT's. Nice job of the Sixers to step up in OT and maybe that win will be some sort of turning point - who knows. Anyway I was pulling into my driveway as the OT finished up. Fun night!

TKOB....hopefully they will continue taking advantage of this schedule for the next couple weeks. Maxey might be back by Christmas. Would like to see them at or above 20 wins heading into '23.

Yes sir.
The fact that they've done all this without Maxey is reason for optimism in the spring. 2 back in the loss column from best record in the league.
League scoring leader. League assist leader. Bench is deeper than it's been since Emiid got here. And we're adding an all star caliber player within the next week or so.
So this team's going to just ho-hum it to 55, 60 wins, barring any major injury (especially to Embiid). There's definitely 2 or 3 more gears for this team, but with that said I think they have to add someone later in the season. But who, and how?
nice win last night. That was probably their most points in a game in a awhile.

Again solid win against, but can we please do something about PJ Tucker? Dude is fucking horrible! Putting up Simmons' like numbers (and that's just in points, least Simmons can rebound and pass),

As much as I love the man there's just some things Joel does that flat out frustrate me. When it comes down to the final possession he goes into point guard mode. Which is all fine and great, but realize you can make your way to the net. You don't have to be bodying up with Russell fucking Westbrook and attempting a fade from the foul line. Just dominate your way to the high percentage shot.

True he does try to do too much. However he did hit game winning shots in each of the last two games. lol
The Embiid/Harden pick and roll/pop has been working well lately.

Keep in mind I believe that first one was fine and put them up, as oppose to second-to-last possession at the end of the game. I know it's nitpicking but if one of the best players ever who recorded 38,000 points had the ball, instead of Russ, it could've been a shit end there.

Gotta love Russell Westbrook...getting blocked by Georges Niang of all players to end the game.
Went to sleep as Doc's all bench lineup was blowing a 25 point lead. Thankfully they held on. Helluva west coast trip. No way they can sweep right? Kings are pretty good....

I am really liking Maxey coming off the bench and Doc deserves some credit for trying that out. But I would still want to see him paired up with Tobias during those long stretches where both Jo and Jim are sitting.
very nice win last night over Sacramento, especially w/out Embiid and Harden. Why were both of them out though? I didn't hear why. Just resting or injuries?

Load management I imagine. Awesome they can pull out a win doing that.

Because todays NBA players are a bunch of soft coddled pussies. Disgrace the NBA allows teams to pull this bullshit. Warriors sat Curry Thompson and Green at Cleveland the other night. Fucked those fans that paid good hard earned money to see the stars.

Shows how much deeper we are verses previous seasons. That was a fun one to watch after that Birds win.
