What about Pearl Jam's Ten?

    Mine's in a yellow digipack

    Really?

Yep, there was a run of 5,000 for a UK only release in '92 that was a yellow digipack - got mine from the record store I worked in at the time

  • I mean, I know they care about the Enviroment and stuff, but what's the REAL reason that they make their CDs in Cardboard sleeves???

Haven't you ever had pizza out of a cardboard box? It just tastes better!
A child's rhyme stuck in my head...
It said "Life is nothing but a dream."
I've spent so many years in question
To find I'd known this all along.

    I prefer plastic.
    CD's scratch in the cardboard.
    And they easily fall out.
    Happened to my Backspacer cd.

True. I think TEN was the only Pearl Jam CD that came in Plastic case, other than the singles "ALIVE, JEREMY, EVEN FLOW" Etc..

"Vs." was also released in a jewel case, although it was also put out in DigiPak form. But your comment reminds me of one of my rarer Pearl Jam collectibles-- the "long box" that "Ten" came in. How many of you remember long boxes? They used to be standard for CDs.
I gather speed from you fucking with me.
