2009 - Manchester. 2010 - Dublin, Belfast, London, Berlin, Arras, Werchter. 2011 - PJ20 i & ii, Montreal, Toronto i & ii, Ottawa, Hamilton. 2012 - Manchester i & ii, Berlin i & ii, Stockholm. 2014 - Amsterdam i & ii, Trieste, Vienna, Berlin, Leeds, Milton Keynes. 2016 - Boston Fenway i & ii, 2018 - Amsterdam i & ii, Pinkpop, London i & ii, Padova, Krakow, Barcelona, Seattle i & ii.
It may be pushing it, especially with the extra Christmas post, but you never know if you ordered it in the next few days (keeping in mind today is Thanksgiving) it might get here in time.
The last posting date from the UK is the 4th of December, so I would imagine from the USA it would be the same.
The bootleg CDs come direct from Kufala who create the discs, and arrive much quicker, within a week to 10 days in my case.

May be quicker if you know someone in the US for them to order it and get them to send it to you airmail (I think 10c stuff comes surface). Then your someone would also be filling out the customs form.
