It somewhat depends on the place, but in general, spicy tuna is where it's at for me. I usually get a spicy tuna roll, and some other random roll depending on my mood.

The place that I always go to has what called a New England Maki. Snow crab and avacado on the inside of the roll and it has crab roll, salmon, tuna and avacado on the top.

Yes. It's actually in Swansea, MA (South Coast). The place is a little hole in the wall but the sushi is great and it's not expensive at all. I've gone with people that have eaten sushi all over the South Coast and they say it's on of the best.
I believe it's just salmon on the roll. I can't remember because it's been a couple of weeks since I've got it. It's one of the specials they have there. They also do a "Spicy Rainbow" which is the same as the Rainbow but it has Spicy Tuna in the middle. Outsatanding.

My favorite sushi place is in MA too...about a 3 minute walk from my condo: Wanokura in Milford. Place is fantastic.

No rolls....straight up raw fish. I love it all EXCEPT for uni and the eggs.

This is one at my favorite local sushi joint called the Aloha Roll. the middle is coconut shrimp, there is a thin layer of raw salmon on the top of it, then its sprinkled with tempura flakes, and topped with a sweet wasabi sauce. I can down like three 8 piece rolls with a side of edamame with ease!
my dad made some isobeage for me at his restaurant in the summer
tuna, salmon, fishcake/crab, green onion, japanese mayo, deep fried in tempura batter with teriyaki over top sooo good!

it's got spicy tuna and some sort of hot butter sauce and tempura and seaweed and it's incredible.

I always see them talking about how good sea urchin roe is so I tried and it was one of the worst things I've tasted.

Hahaha. We must have been thinking the same thing. I just went to my place as well. I decided to do the habachi grill instead though. Just as good.
