SPOILER WARNING
In the season 5 finale's opening scene, with Jacob and Smokey, you have this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iTF2Vd--yIw
The ship is still far from the beach of the island and the statue is not broken. The ship is The Black Rock and Richard is on it, as we all know. A storm developed while the ship was closing in on the island. When the ship lands, it breaks the statue. The year is 1867, the same year when the Richard episode flashback was set in.
I agree with you, but still how did it get to the middle of the island?!!WI '98, WI '99 (EV), WI '00, Chgo '00, MO '00, Champaign '03, Chgo '03, WI '03, IN '03, MI '04, Chgo '06:N1 & 2, WI '06, Chgo '07, Chgo '08 (EV:N1), Chgo '09:N1 & 2, Chgo '11 (EV:N1), WI '11:N1 & 2, Philly '12, Wrigley '13, Pitt '13, Buff '13, Detroit '14, MKE '14, Wrigley '16: N1 & N2, Seattle '18 N2, Wrigley '18: N1 & N2, Fenway '18 N1, STL '22, St Paul '23 N2, Chgo '23: N1 & N2, Wrigley '24 N1 & 20 -

I knew Juliet's number was up when we saw her wearing a bright red 70s style peasant blouse.
Of course they got rid of numerous "red shirts" throughout the series but it was kind of funny the way some characters who were killed off were actually wearing red shirts."The stars are all connected to the brain."0 -

So by Season 6, I noticed when the twins' mother showed up wearing a red dress:"The stars are all connected to the brain."0 -

The people who would beam down to a dangerous situation would be Kirk, Spock, McCoy (the three main characters) and another guy with no name wearing a red shirtEasy to guess which one died each away mission.

I'll be watching the final episode of season 4 tonight when I put the kids to bed, then I have to wait for Season 5 to arrive in the mail and I've been religiously watching ebay auctions for season 6...hoping to land one soon so it can travel while I watch 5...assuming 5 gets here sooner than later.0

The end of season 4? without giving anything away, I was really pleased with how it ended. it opened a few surprises that I thought had already almost been resolved. I'm still wondering how there can still be two more seasons as I thought this one was really nearing the end. There must be a lot more mindfuck stuff yet.
The biggest "Whoa" this season was at the end of the one episode (not going to spoil which one) where kate is saying goodnight to someone. I was like "holy shit!"
Lots of great surprises. Can't wait for season 5 to get here0 -
