Just finished season 2...Before watching I heard from several people that the 2nd season was the worst. If that's the worst that this show is going to get then that ain't too bad at all...Really looking forward to season 3...

I think people have that impression because when it originally aired there were a lot of reruns between episodes and the previews kept advertising things that never happened. I didn't like parts of season 2 that much when it first aired...it just seemed to be moving so slow..especially with 2 new eps..then 3 new reruns..3 new eps ... 2 new reruns etc. But when I rewatched it on DVD prior to season 3 I really enjoyed it...It's really better to watch them continuously.

I believe season 3 is when they started airing the show without reruns...then in season 4 they started airing the show weekly without any long breaks during hte seasons.

    Shannon,did you start season 5 already?? :D

You know it!! I'm already more than halfway done with season 5....sleep can wait until I'm done with LOST!!!!

I'm going to go ahead and say that Ben Linus is the BEST villain character I have ever seen. I always want to believe him and feel sorry for him and then he just goes and f's it all up again!

Okay, finished season 3 last night. I was definitely crying at what happened to Charlie...I'm such a softy!!!

I watched the first season when I lived overseas. The shows there are several months behind, so when I returned to Canada, Lost was midway through season 2. I was bummed, but a couple of my friends told me that season 2 sucked and I wasn't missing out, so I moved on.

Fast forward a season and a half. I was flipping through the channels and Lost caught my attention. I watched the last 20 minutes of the season 3 finale, balled like a baby, and I was hooked once again. The hardest part was watching season 3 from the beginning and already knowing what goes down with Charlie's (Desmond's vision) storyline. :(

    What a fantastic series!

I agree. He's the best villain character of all time. Michael Emerson was fantastic from his first episode.

It was hard, but lots of fun. You can catch a lot of stuff waiting because you rewatch the eps and learn something new each time. I also enjoyed reading people's comments and theories in Lost discussion forums...and there were a lot of them out there..I think the Lost fans were even more obsessed than PJ fans.

I've been rewatching the series. My girlfriend needed a break from our relationship for health reasons, so I've been using Lost to pass the time.. I've been skipping to my favorite episodes, but I'm about to finish up season 3 again.

For anyone into Sci-Fi, if you love Lost you will like Battlestar Galactica more.. that's my next revisit! :D

    100% agree.

Michael Emerson was fantastic as Ben Linus.

Just as the you would begin to feel sorry for him, he does something evil to make you hate him again and believe he has absolutely no redeeming qualities. :) That takes great acting.

The best part is that Ben Linus was only supposed to be on 2 or 3 episodes, but Michael Emerson was so great, they made Ben Linus a permanent character. WISE DECISION!

That's actually next in my Netflix queue...I've heard amazing things about it and I absolutely love Tahmoh Penikett! I was a huge Dollhouse fan and I was always bummed out when it got cut so short.
