Henry deliberately handled the ball to control it. I had more respect for him. I hope France hang their heads in shame!!!

If it was Anelka, Gallas, Diarra, fine. They're a bunch of tools anyway.
This was Henry. He's not supposed to be one of them.
Judas.
The additional official being trialled in the Europa league matches would've been in a perfect position. And the 4th official, given the ability to do so on video, could've overturned it in 3 seconds.
FIFA. Fuck that shit.
Fuck it, whats the point.

Shitty game from both teams like last saturday.
they revamped the rules arbitrarily to give countries like France and Portugal the best chance to get in ... and now, they blatantly missed 3 calls ...
this thing is totally on the refs and FIFA ... henry admitted he handed the ball but the game in it of itself is about what you can get away with ... that's the way the game has been played for years ... it's not his fault the ref didn't call it ...
Asked if he regretted the handball, he replied: “No, no, we’re qualified.”
what a tool! i cheated but since the refs didn't see it, it didn't happen...what an asshole
did jordan push off on byron russell? ... at least he didn't try to say "god" did it ... i'm not saying he should be proud of it but the reality is (especially in team sports) that you try and get away with things and he did ...

Ireland outplayed France throughout, to go home on a play like that is disgraceful. FIFA should do the right thing, disallow goal, red card Henry and start the game from where the illegal goal was scored.
i would say that there is a slight difference between those two plays
If you ain't cheatin', you ain't tryin' ... and if you ain't caught, you ain't cheatin'.
"I don't believe in damn curses. Wake up the damn Bambino and have me face him. Maybe I'll drill him in the ass." --- Pedro Martinez
and there's another old saying
cheaters are assholes
ok maybe it isn't old but it's still true
YOU CHEAT IN SPORT AND YOU SHOULD BE HUNG TILL YOUR DEAD
Having watched all 12 games of ours in the campaign i knew we wouldnt score many of our chances. anyone who watches football will know that if you repeatedly have chances (and dont score them) against a team as good as France they will punish you. We should've been a few goals up, we had the chances, we didnt take them.
Having said that, Henry should get a ban, and hopefully this whole media furore will lead to some Video technology being tried.
The ref played a very good game i though, except for not spotting that, and he shouldve booked Lass Diarra many times but didnt.
I'm going to Barcelona next week, i'd planned on taking it easy. Now ive got to find Henry's house, and kill him in cold blood. No remorse.
don't get me wrong - although i agree with you that calls are missed ... this is blatant corruption here ... FIFA like most world goerning bodies are corrupt as hell ... they changed the rules to give France the best chance to get in and when it looked like it could be problematic ... they made sure the refs did their part ...
the ref lied on the field telling an irish player it was 100% not a hand ball ... and we're not even talking about the offsides either ...
at this stage - the only way there is a replay if France agrees to one out of honour
The part that didn't make sense to me was the fact that the game was in the 102nd minute.
Was there 12 min of extra time or something?
it's a lie if you say that 100% it was NOT a handball ... he could have said he didn't see it which would be reasonable but his response was that it was definitely not ... and the dude touched it twice so - i'm gonna go with lying here ...
i believe they were playing extra time because the aggregate was 1-1 ... they would have gone into a shootout in another 15 or so mins if no one scored ...
OK on the extra time thing. So it was a golden goal situation then. The first leg was 1-1 then right?
