just seen your cast pic below,,i loved them still have all the cd singles .

I love Cast - I really thought I was the only person in the world who dug both bands (Pearl Jam too) - very different! That pic is of their new album (they recently reformed) - 'Troubled Times' - it's pretty damn good. They've released it digitally, with a proper release early in the new year I think - looks like some vinyl too. Check it out man...... :)

When I was in 5th grade (95) a friend's mom gave me her copy of rubber soul she they knew i was a big beatle's fan. We didn't own a record player so I never played it but it was cool to have. I moved to another city 6 years ago and only bought a record player earlier this year. I was thinking about that record recently and had looked for it last time I visited my parent's with no luck. I had thought it was long gone but found it when I was there for Thanksgiving and it is still in great shape! Can't wait to spin it! :)

 I love this album! I have a bootleg copy, but it's golden vinyl

My favorite album of all-time. What version is yours?

I love that record, too! I have a 66 mono Capitol presing. I just wish it was LONGER, Side A is 15:35 and Side B barely clocks in at 14:08.

I'm Looking Through You, You Won't See Me, and Michelle are 3 songs that are as good as any ever written, in my opinion.

I'm after the British release for that album, either in mono or stereo or both. Agree with you on those songs, just throw in "Norwegian Wood", "Nowhere Man", "In My Life", and "If I Needed Someone". Those are 4 of my favorite songs of all-time.

The American Dollar "A Memory Stream" first time on vinyl, three different colours available

    2.jpg

as I couldn't decide which one to take I got me two different ones, the normal black one because of the usually better sound quality (out of 100, hand numbered) and the orange one (they themself actually call it "beer" lookalike :D) (out of 250)

imma have to get me this. i have three of their albums (their first three?) on CD, so this is welcome news.

got my copy of this (black, 21/100) today, so thanks for the heads up- wouldn't have known it was available otherwise.

Listened to all three today and they sound absolutely amazing. The Byrds one is the original recording of "Eight Miles High" in mono and recorded at RCA studios in December 1965, but Columbia wouldn't release it because it wasn't recorded at a Columbian Records studios. It's the version the band wanted to release.

Led Zeppelin II needs no explanation, as we all know about that album. It sounds really good. The only "problem" I have with it is there is a gap between "Heartbreaker" and "Living Loving Maid" and also between "Moby Dick" and "Bring It On Home". Other than that, sounds really good. The guitar solo during "Whole Lotta Love" stands out and comes out at you.

The Velvet Underground one sounds great. It's a great album. Wish it was in mono, but I shouldn't complain because it's a limited edition color vinyl.
