That's a great bootleg. While the show is pretty easy to find because it was a broadcast, they pressed it well. HQ quiet vinyl. Cut well. It sounds great. I know the same company did some Neil and Bruce boots. I would love for them to do more.

yeah it is, I said on my fb post, I bought the VHS bootleg of this show and put it on a tape so I can listen to it regularly, so I wanted to get this on vinyl.

The Bends and Hot To Disappear Completely as the last 2 songs are awesome

goes to show how incredible vinyl is, I have been listening to the mp3s of this album for about a month, finally bought it on vinyl and there are sounds on these tracks that I didnt pick up from digital, everything sounds so much cripser and the sounds are extenuated

Yeah, its really nice to see the care in making the album, mastering it for vinyl and pressing it. Wish bands would go back to that again.

You really like this record Smarchee? I had it, spun it twice, thought it sounded terrible so I took it back to the shop. It was warped too (the reason I could return it), but yeah, I thought it was quite a poor recording and show, the band didn't seem that into it, well to my ears anyway. I much prefer 'I Might Be Wrong' their official live release...

Awesome album! Way ahead of their time and the "punk" music explosion. Absolutely recommend this LP!

That looks like a rad album, really cool artwork! Is this the three black brothers, what year was this originally released?

I just found a very nice looking Notorious Byrd Brothers (British Pressing I think)
    Hallmark CBS 63169
This looks a rather special copy, and no doubt full of analog magic.
I hope to be playing it soon!

    ;)

    Pictures to follow hopefully

I believe it was recorded in 1974, but wasn't released until 2009. It sounds like they only released one single back in 1974.

I do reesdog; I had this concert bootleg on VHS and then on a tape, so I really like it. I didn't find the band uninspired at all, but I will listen to it next time from that perspective and see if I can find why you would have thought that. I also find the recording fine, but maybe I was used to the bootleg.

We got it at Reckless Records downtown in Chicago, the store was full and they blasted some sort of Death Metal. I wanted to leave cause the music almost made me hurl, but we wanted to browse for records so badly. The things you do ...
