Thanks. What else is deluxe about it over the regular?
That I'm not 100% sure on, mine isn't the deluxe version. But I think it's just that the deluxe is 180 gram and has a 20 page booklet in it. Mine is still 2 LPs though.

Yep, red thick and sturdy cover with a booklet and two black 180 g lps. The download coupon came on a sweet little Bulby scratch off - loved that!
Please, Pearl Jam, consider a Benaroya Hall vinyl reissue!
Totally flipped when recently I found this like-new gem in a thrift store.
"Charlie Parker – Broadcast Performances, Vol. 2" on ESP Disk.
The record is complete with a slide of the cover photo. I wish I'd kept my old slide projector- I'll have to watch for one.
Charlie Parker: Alto Saxophone
Curly Russell , Tommy Potter: Bass
Joe Harris, Max Roach: Drums
Al Haig, Tadd Dameron: Piano
Kenny Dorham, Miles Davis: Trumpet
“The fear of death follows from the fear of life. A man [or woman] who lives fully is prepared to die at any time.”
I had a pretty good vinyl buying day. Our biggest music store got out all their old vinyl & had a sale. I got 22 albums for NZ$135(US$107)!!! &&&& sooooo, I got:
John Lennon, Rock'n'roll
Nancy Sinatra, Nancy
Johnny Cash at San Quentin
The Beatles, Let it Be
Split Enz, Waiata
INXS, Kick
Bruce springsteen, Born in the USA
split Enz, True Colours(says on the back it's some kind of special release to celebrate the album selling soe number of copies)
The Who, Who's Last
Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, Deja Vu
The Who by Numbers
U2, War
The Beatles, Abbey Road
John Lennon, Walls & Bridges
Split Enz, Dizrythmia
Bruce Springsteen, The River
Bruce Sprintsgeen, Darkness on the Edge of Town
U2, The Unforgettable Fire
U2, Live, Under a Blood Red Sky
Split Enz, Time & Tidde
U2, October
Feels a lot like catch up, catching up on stuff I 'should' already have. Not too bad of a morning I don't think. Now I need a serious amount of vinyl listening time.
e.t.a. I got The Jimi Hendrix Experience, Axis: Bold as Love as well.

that kind of looks like a young Ed
Dude has an amazing voice. First time I heard him I thought he would be a 40 something who smoked a pack a day and drank a lot of whiskey, but he's only 24 I think. He should start getting more attention soon since Eminem is using part of one of his songs on his new single that's coming out soon.

Oh yeah! Fantastic record! I saw these guys live in a club in San Jose, CA not long after this came out. They really tore the place up. So did the crowd, now that I think about it.
