  • Gotta win 4 of remaining 7 to finish with a winning record. 1 vs Arizona, 3 at Toronto, 3 at KC. Hard to believe this is considered a tall order and it looks more likely that it'll be a sub .500 record this season.
  • hey thanks for the win today

Welp, it was a complete dumpster fire, but they will not be finishing below .500. One of the crazier runs/stats in all of sports

And for Cole to have the kind of season he's having while the Yankees at best finish with 85 wins makes for one of the more impressive Cy Young seasons assuming he wins it, which I think he will.

  • So you guys still get a winning season, got a perfect game, and the Cy Young winner. After last year your guy set the legitimate single season home run record. All with that damn whine festival going on the whole time. #FFS

Who is saying this? Or last year or whenever his contract was up?

    my bad, haha

I googled it to see what his status was and how much current there was to his firing.

The first article was from "3 days ago" that said he signed a 5 year, $25 extension.   I just clicked on the article and it was from 2017.  Wth.

F them both.  Fire Cashman then sell the team. If they end up with Yamamoto and Bellinger and nothing else, I will be pretty annoyed.  Yamamoto great, Bellinger...pass.

I saw someone predict they will get Juan Soto.  The rationale made sense... but it seems redundant to just keep getting sluggers
