    Well that fuckin sucked :(

Girardi should have taken out AJ, get a Standing O from the crowd, make him feel good about himself! He struggled to get out the inning before

Walking Murphy, WTF was that about? Weird game all around

I got interviewed by 1010 news after Berkmans foul ball( was in sect 307) had a perfect view of it..... I went on the record and said to the guy it was fair :) it was so foul

Yanks need to do something on the fuckin base pads if they can't hit in key situations. A Rod kinda shit the bed with his defense, lack there of and his hitting with runners on base.

Gotta win today, who knows. Stranger things have happened
In order for them to get runs, they need to hit, which they haven't been able to do at all except the 8th inning of game 1.

    They need to manufacture runs
    Walks
    Steals
    Sacrifices
    Lean over and get hit
    Whatever

at least you're going away friday..bastard
i post on the board of a band that doesn't exsist anymore .......i need my head examined.......

Yeah, remember the 2004 ALCS? Doubt it will happen to this all-star team. Gerardi might have lost his job yesterday.

No flies, bunts. There are only very rare occasions I think it should be used in the AL. I hate giving up outs.

Then that´s great news. He sucks big time. The only reason he made the yanks champs last year was because of the stars in the lineup.

I know with any big budget team in any sport with so many stars, the coach will be banged if the results are not positive. And becuase of the roster, he can´t go wrong with any decision, and will hardly get credit when the team is on a roll.

That being said, he really sucks. Money can´t buy you everything.

This argument is not going to go anywhere so I am not going to bother. I have said multiple times in this thread that I am a supporter of Girardi. I don't agree with all of his decisions and think he is still learning but I think he has done a good job. I don't really think there is a better option out there.

He does love himself some binders. Oh well, I would rather have a manager overprepared that under.

Is there a rule against computers in the dugout? It'd be funny if he was staring at a blue screen of death, dumbfounded.

Looks like he did the same thing as Charlie did last year - leave a pitcher in too long and let a game get out of hand, costing the season. It's a tough job.

That was my only saving grace leaving the stadium last night...... I mighta been a lil premature on the whole game 6 being available on my flight ;) I felt bad for AK, he's a stand up guy in my book. His manager IMO let him down. It's like Girardi forgot how AJ struggled this season to even get thru 5 without giving up 7 runs. And walking the go ahead run was dumb as shit

It will be an interesting game today to say the least, gotta keep believing

don't mean to kick you guys while you're down, but this squad looks really old. Arod looks like a RH ibanez

The good news here is that the Phils only have Ibanez signed for one more year.

Yankees have to hit. It's that simple.
from my viewpoint, a little pitching wouldn't hurt. What have they given up in this series? 5, 8, 7 and 10?

i'm not just talking about all the empty seats behind the plate...which looks god awful on tv by the way. the wide shot looked like a lot of the upper bowl had left too unless my eyes are deceiving me.
and the people who are in those poofy blue seats are too busy fucking with their phones to pay any attention to the game.

Right now, the yankees just look completely outclassed to me.

At least we have him until 2017 :cry: Thanks Hank.

He is just slumping right now, was very happy with his end of the year and being able to get to 30 home runs.
