    even if they make it they probably wont play more than 2 games at MSG

    I'm thinking it's gotta be this. I'm sure they could work around playoff dates, otherwise I don't thing the venue(MSG) would put the dates on hold in the first place. :(

    I doubt it. I used to work with the two promoters (who are now merged with LiveNation) and it shouldn't have done anything negative for the bookings (unless the band had a problem with the merger, which I doubt). I am really curious why this one didn't happen though.

They released those reservations after maybe 1 or 2 months on hold, and ended up playing Storytellers on the same date, and Izod for 2 shows... but they released those reservations after like a month or two on hold.
