    If the tour was cancelled due to Soundgarden then how come Soundgarden has not announced any tour dates yet?

    The only arena in NYC proper is the garden. Now that that is out, I don't see a show in NYC proper, unless they decide to do a small show, or a show outside of the city (I'm assuming that the stadiums are out). My info is limited to the garden only nowadays.

    That's how I read into that comment too. But with no holds to replace their canceled holds, I believe that counts out spring completely for NYC (though lets hope other dates elsewhere!). June and July they are already out on tour elsewhere. Soundgarden has to fit somewhere probably after that. I believe their intent is to play there sooner than later, but how soon is the question.

    I think the logistics are being hammered out as we speak, but that's a guess. This seems like a busy year, because of so many plans with so many bands. I hope SG does a really solid tour, playing in lots of locations!! I'd like to catch them if they're playing around here.
