Spliting poster costs

There is no way that I can afford the entire tour ames subscription this tour, so I have decided to give this a shot. I only want the posters to the shows I am going to (both MSGs and DC). EqualyWorthless has claimed the two boston posters (if this deal goes through), but the rest our up in the air. I figured we split the costs based on the number of posters you want. Lastly, I unfortunately do not have enough money to put these on my debit card without being able to miss out on the tour. So, I would need someone to pay for it up front, but I could send you the money for the posters ASAP as long as you ahve some valid references from the pit. PM me for more questions.

    agreed... i think whoever agrees to buy the remaining shows should pay a smaller % of the total cost/show... just based on past poster history... i might consider the WPB, but not if im paying the same cost as NY, DC, and boston which stastically have kickass posters

    I know what you're saying with the whole sight unseen thing... but its pretty obvious that ames puts more work into the big city prints and it usually shows... and obviously other people agree since the other thread looking to split the sub has the same openings... i recommend splitting it 2 ways and then hopefully you can sell the ones you dont want once people know what they look like

    Personally I like the 03 WPB a lot more then the 03 MSG Mad Scientist guy.

    Look at the other thread by the way buddy has all 4 NYC and Boston and they still managed to fill the rest.

    Ames has been pretty hit and miss since 98 IN GENERAL.

    all a matter of opinion in the end... thats the great thing about art... '03 MSG is one of my favorites because of the colors as well as the narrative behind it

    even the worst ames prints have been better than the best BK's IMO but i agree that they havent been as strong since '98... i hope this tour is a return to form so everyone can keep talking shit

    Hey i don't have any dog in the hunt, but I would think you'd get a better response and better karma if you split the shows where there is the same poster, just different colors

    I mean, you want someone to drop $600+ on their credit/debit card but when they get to the first post they see that BOTH MSG and and BOTH Mansfield are "claimed" by the same person per venue...

    Why not split up those locales? you really need two color variants from MSG?

    But what the fuck do I know?

    if this is true I am more than willing to relinquish one of the posters, but look at Camden 06 that was a two day show and there was 2 different posters. Isn't it usually Klausens that have the same print different colors?

    buy the lot and bang any you dont want on the bay for cost price....i.e. no flipping and you get the posters you want.....
