last night eddie made a comment about bruce springsteen, he said something like we want to send our love out to bruce, especially tonight. that got me wondering if anything happened to him. well today i saw in the paper that his cousin/roadie was found dead in his hotel monday, only 36 years old
he had to cancel his monday concert. so if anyone else was wondering the same thing, there ya go. My favorite Pearl Jam song: "Corporate Greed Boat Asshole Behind a Counter in the Oval Office"0 -
Sorry if this has been asked - I'm at work and don't really have the time to read thru all the pages/threads...

Hi! I just joined Ten club today but have been a fan of Pj since the early 90s. I am ecstatic to see they offer bootlegs. My last bootleg was of the dead and on cassette..oh how far we have come in less than 20 years...lol How soon before they will have Philly 1 show available?

That is awsome!KM43590 wrote:HEY! HEY! HEY! HEY! .... just got home from the show, and just one word will do, F'n INCREDIBLE!!!! and after seeing PJ almost 20 times in 20 years, this was almost the best yet. The show had great energy, and the spectrum is the best place in the area to see this band! And, I'm proud to say i brought my Mother along, this was her second PJ show, and she was very impressed. I wanted her to see the Spectrum one last time, her first date with my father was there in the 70's to see ELVIS! so i'm happy to say that after tonight, the great memory of The Spectrum will always be with us! I can't wait to see what they have in store for tomorrow nights show, see you there! thanks PJ, peace."In the age of darkness

pearl jam certainly unleashed an unspeakable toll last night. i had a great time. seats were row 16, the best i've had thus far.
...upper bowl was not totally full, but that was one of the loudest shows i can remember. incredible energy from the crowd and the band fed off it. i was surprised at how good the fixer sounded live. you can tell the guys clearly enjoyed playing it!
i have a feeling they will let us watch the last couple innings on saturday on the two big screens....and then play another 2 hours till 2am!!! oh yes.

i was on the floor last night and have no idea what this crowd sucks talk is about. everybody was into it, singing, cheering, etc.

And those misguided, There was a plan for them to be
Now you got both sides Claiming killing in Gods name
But God is nowhere,..... To be found, conveniently

I was at the show and saw something pretty funny. When Ed was done with the sit down songs with Jeff and the solo/symphony accompanied "The End" from Backspacer, he got up and started singing "All Those Yesterdays". His mic cord was wrapped up around the mic stand used for the sitting songs. He fiddled with it as he sang, and a stage hand came out to help.... Ed apparently became incensed that either dude was on his stage or that he was trying to help. Ed swatted at him with his foot. FUNNY AS SHIT!! Got it on video. Ed NEVER MISSED A NOTE!!! Dude vacated the stage post haste. Ed finally untangled the mess and literally threw th mic stand to the rear of the stage. The same dude that got swatted at earlier on caught it and the crowd went nuts. The video in 800 MB, so I'll try to get it onto youtube.Breathe0
