Did Anyone Else NOT Receive...

The latest e-mail update? I wrote to 10 club and they said they have no one by my name or e-mail address. Strange considering I've received them ALL except for the last one. Anyone else have this problem?

    If your membership up to date?
    Maybe you can look at the previous one and give them your member number if you don't know it by heart, maybe they can look you up by the number, maybe your membership lapsed and you didn't notice.

    You can see it as well if you log in to the goods section and click on Profile and then it will tell you if you are an active 10C member.

    I sent them a copy of ALL of that.... my membership is good to 2012...so you see why I am confused. I haven't heard back since I sent them my info so I don't know.

    I try to pay ahead and keep it 4 to 5 years ahead so it never lapses. I am sorry you haven't received yours either, yet I am glad I am not alone.

    I didn't get any e-mails regarding poster sales.
    imo the 10 c is a rip off. sure you get pre sales on tickets but they dont even tour every other year.and how many people still have record players? For $20 you should at least get a T-shirt and some stickers

    No one gets emails regarding posters, the announcements are made here on the pit.

    I don't understand this type of complaint, if you are so unhappy just stop paying the membership and buy your tickets through ticketmaster.
    I have a record player and in my case the highlight of the club is the 45 we get every year.... I don't recall the membership stating that you will get to buy tickets every other year either :rolleyes:

    They didn't send out emails about the poster sales, you gotta come on here and check regularly...

    As far as $20 being a rip off....ummmmm, can't say I agree with you there...

    If you sent them all the info I'm sure they are looking into it, sometimes they take a little longer to answer emails when there are merch orders as well, maybe they have more orders since Xmas is approaching.

    It is probably one of those stupid glitches that occur when 50000 + people are on a list.
    Probably nothing to worry about, trust that 10C still loves ya.

    i did not receive the latest email, but i have received other emails from 10 club. all my info is correct and my membership is up to date. i also haven't received deep yet. so no, you are not the only one with this problem.

    i havent received any of the digital lounge update emails but thankfully have you guys here to post them when they come!! I got other emails from the 10c so it is strange that its so inconsistent. Maybe they are going to my junk files but others from the 10c arent?

    I dont think I will renew.I have gotten way better seats through ticket master.I did get an e mail for a poster sale but only one. wpb. if 10c is going to send one they should send them all.Im sorry if I think $20 is alot for a 45 and 2 news letters that I still have never seen.I would rather give that $20 to the wishlist foundation.

    The Ten Club is is no way a rip off! Most fanclubs don't give you anything, maybe a coupon to redeem in their merchandise store, or a pre-sale password which make you still have to deal with ticketmaster. Plus its usually more than $20. I don't have a record player either, but love getting the christmas singles (which I would rather have than a t-shirt or sticker) and has influenced me to plan on buying a record player this year. As far as touring goes, there are not many bands that tour constantly. The last time U2 toured was in 2005 and they have a fan club, Radiohead comes to the states every 2-3 years and only tours for a couple of weeks. In recent years Pearl Jam has toured in 2003, small VFC tour in 2004, world tour in 2006, mini tour in 2008, and another tour most likey in 2009. What more do you want from these guys, to play your birthday party?

    I haven't received anything in a while, and my membership is up to date. I just try to remember to check out this board once a day to see what I'm missing.
