I, long time fan club member, want some info from you pro's that know the in's and out's...

1. How do you go about getting posters for the SOLD out Halloween show @ Philly...Do you have to go in early to buy? i.e when the door opens/before warm up band?
2. earliest time to get 10CLUB tix's @ Spectrum, pick-up?
3. What about those cool shirts that I see on EBAY with L.A Lakers from those shows, do they make that style for Philly, what teams...Phillies, Flyers?
4. When do the Philly lots open up for tailgaiting?...not sure from past shows
5. anyone heading to that PJ event that has been listed on the boards in the lot of Spectrum?

hopefully you can help....

Be around the venue around 1 hour before they open the door, don't bring a tube because they sell them there, if you're early you shouldn't have any problem getting all the things for sale

In seattle the box office opened for the tenclub tickets around 2pm

from what the spectrum parking lot folks told me when discussing the wishlist pre party fund-raiser events, the lots are open very early. we are starting the parties at 3 and i will be there probably around 1 to set up. that doesnt answer all your questions but let's you know you can pretty much get there as early as you want

Are they not giving out wristbands like they did last year, so you could pick up the poster after the show?

They didn't gave anything in Seattle.

I think they dropped that idea in favor of the pre-order for posters that they did this year.

Which sucks for people who either got shut out of the pre-sale (which I think the 10/31 was the only one that 'sold' out) or those that didn't get fan club tickets to the show. (the pre-sale was limited to people who had gotten fan club tickets to the show)

The wristband idea was so much better. I don't need the poster that much to pay the extra 5 bucks through the fan club plus shipping, it comes out to about $37 or something vs. $25 at the show. 25 bucks is about all I feel like paying for a poster or a shirt.

buying a shirt in philly will be insane to puchase.

you know that phase "women & children first"?
well, I doubt that will happen @ the merchandise tables in philly.
it's gonna be a "every man for himself" event! :|

let's just hope there is a wrist band in affect, for the t-shirts at least.
cause for the one's that try to buy over 10 or so shirts,
you have read the stories @ the west coast show's, right?
that shit don't work here in philly. (i think)
you'll be made your very own custom cement shoes
and will be swimming with the fishes.
    .. too much? :|
  • Any chance of an outside merch table, I think the Spectrum has done this before.

christ, i hope this isn't like an MSG debacle. all of *this* really makes me wish at times i never got into posters. in fact, for years i didn't. it was/is just so damn EASY to score a poster in europe, and since the italian tour in particular - one poster for all 5 shows AND i really liked the image - i broke down and bought one for MYSELF. in the past, particularly canada, i have picked up posters for friends. well, that damned italian tour started my addiction. this is exactly why i avoided it! i don't want to have to rush in to try and nab one, i don't want to be pushed and shoved, etc. it sucks that it gets like this. and no, i do not want to have to resort to ebay/ebeans prices to get a poster for a show i was actually at! (i did pay some $$$ for posters in the past, but yea...i wasn't collecting then, so my fault). so i am really going to try and be positive about it, hope we all get our posters. idk why 10c didn't have enough for at least every 10clubber who bought a ticket to score a poster thru the presale. eh well.

    *fingers crossed*

Well, I guess this will not be another ACL. SHirts and poster were still there on day three. Hell, even the Dave Matthews posters (that are selling for $140 on ebay) were there till day three.

So far at almost every show- it has been said there were posters at the end of the show.It seems like they printed more than usual this tour. As for the shirts, it looks like 10c has now put a limit on buying 2 and that has helped, and they will hopefully make a ton of them for Philly, especially since they now how many 10c fans will be at the last show.
