Can someone give me a crash course in obtaining tickets?

Ok... this would have been my first time obtaining seats through the 10c, however I have class (BOO!) during the presale dates and I have to put my faith in someone else to get the tickets for me, which is scary as shit. So is there anything to know? I don't trust anyone to do this but I need to prep them as well as…

2006 was rather easy. There will be plenty of tickets, these are huge venues.

Let's hope so. But isn't getting 10c tix more of a hassle? This is my first time doing the pre-sale also.
