    Well, after I tried to convince SO to NOT buy candy, and lost said argument. He got the 'ingenious idea' to 'go out for dinner' So after the first trick-or-treater came at 4:45, we left the house and turned off the lights. :roll:

    Do you not like answering the door for candy beggars? :lol:

    It's quite a new thing here so people would only go to close friends houses and if they had warned them in advance I think :?

    I can't answer that one, Mr. Unlost is anything but. My MIL raised her boys to cook, do their own laundry, clean the house, etc. Smart woman. And Mr. Unlost is a Virgo, so he enjoys tidying things up. He's independent in all that stuff.
