yes, and the nicer I was, the bitchier they got...it's really hard to 'kill them with kindness' isn't it?

How nice do I have to be? i'm not gonna wipe their butt

You just have to walk the line between making your point and risking a trip to HR.

Ever been "spoken to" at work?

yes, and I was accused of gossiping, so I laid it all out and told them exactly what was going on. They talked to people in question, and some bad stuff happened and I got let go.

Ever feel like screaming in those situations?

Yes, that would make me scream.

(Oh, ow! Sorry, I didn't realize. Well, that just sucks out loud. I've never been the one spoken to, but I have been the one who had to do the speaking to, or bring in HR to do the speaking to with me.)

Do you socialize with people from work?

I have a few friends that were at my same clinic, and one left in protest of my being let go, and the other one got let go shortly after that. Those are the only 2 that I talk to...I don't usually trust girls.

    Does that scare you?

Not at all. They're evil. This I know from personal experience.

    I can be evil.

But in a nice way.

Better to work with mostly women, or mostly men?

mostly men! I am 'that girl' that the men flock to and joke around with. I have worked with mostly men and mostly women...I can deal with men's 'attitudes' better than womens'

    what about you?

    I generally hate all people.

I'm an equal opportunity people hater.

I hate men and women equally.

Do you think I'm starting to channel Chadwick?

  • unlost dogsunlost dogs Greater Boston Posts: 12,553
WHICH ONE? The cute one, or the cuter one?

    (Artfully put, no?)

Dog agility is a sport. Lots of running and panicked expressions. And occasionally falling over your own dog. Or your own dog occasionally falling off stuff. At least the way we compete.

    What's your favorite beer?
