More of a jog on a path, the Wrightsville Beach Loop. Not a lot of hiking trails here. I have to drive a ways to get to those.

Yess, the stuffing is awesome. Especially with a little gravy on top! But my favorite is probably my sister's broccoli cheese casserole.

What is your preferred method of baking a turkey? Or do you fry yours?

As to turkey-cooking, I suck at it when it comes to making it for two. Where do I find a tiny turkey?

You can buy a turkey breast and bake that for two. You will still have leftovers, but much easier and makes more sense than doing the whole turkey.

My one sister gets everything catered. The rest of us try our hands at different things every year. I'm pretty sure none of us have mastered the whole meal, but isn't that part of what makes it good? Everyone comes together and contributes something and it always seems to work.
