    Funny you should ask. Im not usually a big BBQ guy, but yesterday I was craving it and didnt know where to go! Maybe today.

    My youngest did answer this question, and although he don´t know any off them he chose Charlie Sheen.

    Depends if it's trout it gets fried up and eaten, if it's salmon then it usually gets taken home and frozen or canned.

    I wrap it in foil with garlic lemon, a little thyme and salt and pepper and cook it in the oven till just cooked ?

    It's usually cooked same day over the campfire pan fried with a little salt and pepper so good so fresh.
