    I like upper body machines. I use the ones that focus on my midsection and the ones for my arms and back. I used to like the leg machines but I strained one of my knees so I haven't been using them lately.

    Do you use free weights or machines more?

    I'd say its pretty even, if I find myself using too many machines I get an inching to go to the free weights section, but I only go to the free weights section when it's not filled with lots of people

    A series of times, really. My cat thinks it's time to kick me out of bed 'round 3:30am, but I tend to postpone my exit until about 10am or so. There may be some tv watching in between.

    I had a disagreement with the manager on our amount of waste. She is okay throwing away 20 cookies and 10-15 hot dogs per day. That, for us, is a 100% loss. Waste NEEDS to be controlled...
